Individual Leadership Behaviors according to the Quality Values, will be statistically measured with each individual developing a personalized leadership behavior impact chart. Each Individual will learn their own Leadership Strengths and opportunities for improvement on an objective mathematical basis, without judgment or labeling. Self assessment is a powerful process which yields new awareness and forms the basis for individual commitment to change.
